Privacy and cookies
Last updated 20 October 2026. This page replaces the 2018 privacy and cookie policies.
Who we are
PonicLabs (poniclabs.com) is run by Henrique Sanchez, based in Sweden. For anything concerning your data, write to the address on the About page.
This website
- No cookies. The site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, so there is no cookie banner.
- No analytics and no tracking. We do not use Google Analytics or any other visitor-tracking service.
- No accounts and no forms on the site itself. Nothing you type on poniclabs.com is sent to us.
- Hosting. The pages are served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes the technical data needed to deliver a page (your IP address, the page requested, browser type) and may keep short-lived logs for security. Cloudflare’s own notice: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Search runs entirely in your browser (Pagefind); your search terms are not sent anywhere.
- Embedded videos. Where a page links to YouTube, the video opens on YouTube, which applies Google’s privacy policy.
Newsletter
If you sign up for the newsletter, you fill in a form hosted by MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, Ireland), which stores your email address and sends our emails on our behalf under its privacy policy. Sign-up is confirmed by a link in a first email (double opt-in). We use the address only for PonicLabs news and the short introductory email series, and never pass it to anyone else. Every email has an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing removes you from the list, and you can also write to us to have the address deleted.
Courses
The Spanish aquaponics course is sold and delivered on Hotmart. When you buy it, Hotmart handles your account, payment and the data that involves under Hotmart’s privacy policy. We receive from Hotmart only what is needed to run the course (your name and email as a student).
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to us; we answer within a month. You can also complain to your national data protection authority (in Sweden, IMY, imy.se).
Changes
We update this page when the site changes. The date at the top says when.
